Activity 2: Leading by Example

My random act is kindness is this morning I made my younger siblings all breakfast because it is new years eve so I made them all breakfast which was their favorite scrambled eggs with a glass of milk and tomato sauce. There reaction ways like yay and surprised.

For day 5 activity 2 of SLJ we were asked to talk about a time we showed a random act of kindness just like princess Diana and Mother Teresa  which both showed examples of random acts of kindness towards others.

  1. Hi Taheesha! It's great to see you continuing the Summer Learning Journey, and getting some activities done every now and then. Making breakfast for a family member is always really kind and sweet thing to do, also one of the little ways you can show your appreciation and love for them. I hope your family had a good new years. Hope to see more from you in the future!

  2. Tēnā koe i tēnei ahiahi Taheesha,

That is an awesome random act of kindness! You sound like a fantastic and kind older sister :)

Random acts of kindness are so important. They are an opportunity for friends and family to show how much they care about each other. Do Princess Diana and/or Mother Teresa inspire you to be kind to your friends and family?

  3. Hello Taheesha!,
Great work on participating in the 2019-2020 Summer Learning Journey program. You have a great example of a random act of kindness. It is very nice and kind to make your family their favourite breakfast. Scrambled eggs with tomato sauce is delicious for breakfast, which gives protein.

    Well Done!

  5. Hello Taheesha,
Once again I am met by yet another fantastic blog post! I really like how at the end of your post you included that Mother Teresa and Princess Diana also showed a random act of kindness. I also like how you explained why you did this random act of kindness. That breakfast sounds delicious. My favorite breakfast can vary every day. For example sometimes I want cornflakes and other times I want Bread, Ketchup and egg. Yummy! Maybe next time you could add some information about how your parents reacted. Overall, this is a phenomenal blog post! Keep up the astonishing work!
