Activity 3: “I Have a Dream”
For this activity we wrote about Rosa parks and her story.. someone made a rule/law that only white people sit in the front and dark people sit at the back. but them thats how Rosa Parks comes in an decided to sit at the front of the bus to show that colour does not matter.
Kia ora Taheesha,
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing Rosa Park's story about how she stood up for what is right. How incredibly brave of her. If you could meet Rosa Park, what would you ask her?

Hi Taheesha,
ReplyDeleteI found it interesting that you, and many other people believe that Rosa Parks sat in a "white seat". In fact, she sat in a "black seat" but the bus was full and so she was ordered to move for a white passenger by the bus driver, she refused and was arrested. If you could ask her something, what would you ask?
Hi Taheesha!
ReplyDeleteThis activity you posted was great. I got a little confused as you used the same short description for the next post. Other than that I liked how you explained the activity in clear details.
Blog you later!
