This week for day 2, activity 1 of week 1 for SLJ, we created a Venn diagram between Jean Batten and Amelia Earhart. Both of then were both solo pilots and wanted to travel. SO for this task i took what i know and wrote down the what they had in common and different.

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed reading your blurb and your DLO about Jane Batten and Amelia Earhart. Your DLO was talking about how they were solo flyers and flying around the country and he both lost their life. A fact I know about both of them is they both wrote story's about there experience of being a solo flyer.

Well done on completing a Venn Diagram comparing and contrasting both the female aviators. Have you done a Venn diagram before? I taught my students in my class about them and now they use them for lots of different tasks in our classroom. What’s your favourite thing that you have done in class this year?
As it is the holiday period many of the Summer Learning Journey team are currently away from work and are spending some time with their friends and family.
